It's hard not to be overwhelmed with everything that goes into buying a home - From digging up all you personal past documents for your preapproval letter, to staying within your budget and determining your wants and needs.
But when searching for the perfect neighborhood, here are a few important things that may be overlooked:

1. What school will my kids be attending?  Is it located in a good school district?

2. Day Care Service Providers - find out rates and locations.

3. Churches - Is your denomination in your area.

4. Are there registered sex offenders in the neighborhood? Visit www.dps.texas.gov to search your area.

5. Crime Rate - Search the City's crime rate to determine your safety precautions.

6.  Resale value -  Is the area in a state of favorable development or decline.

When considering the perfect neighborhood, remember these important tips.

When you are ready to make the move, call me to help you navigate the map to homeownership.
