These are the latest figures from Prosperity Mortgage with regards to mortgage rates:
BUT..... if these sound scary, have you considered buying a new build? If you are looking at new homes, please call me. Some of the builders are offering rates as low as 5.99% until the end of the year, so worth thinking about!
