Good morning, I know you guys are busy, so here is quick look at Houston housing market highlights for August 2023.
  • Days on Market (DOM) for single-family homes rose from 32 to 42 days.
  • Total property sold was 9,780 a drop of 4.3 percent.
  • Median price was statistically unchanged at $339,000
  • The average price for a single family home rose 2.5 percent to $420,124
  • inventory inventory grew to 3.3-months supply, up from 2.4 months a year earlier.
