Thinking About Putting Your House on the Market?

A good friend living in Michigan recently shared that he was thinking about selling his home. I asked him what his thoughts were on the market in his neighborhood. He thought it would take a minimum of three months to sell and he was going to put it on the market himself. He was pleasantly surprised to learn that there were currently no homes for sale within half a mile of his home and his home value range was 15k - 30k higher than he estimated. He decided to hire a realtor and received multiple offers above list price within 3 days. Now he's moving to Texas and guess who he partnered with to help them find a new home?
