Buyer has inspections on a property that is under contract. Buyer submits a repair request with several items that are marked as "safety hazard" and asks the Seller to address said safety hazards because they are.. well, safety hazards. Buyer expects that the Seller has no choice and must address such repairs.
NO - that is not the case. Sellers are under no obligation to address any requested repairs, safety hazards or not.
