You Already Have a Relationship
Your realtor gets to know you well during the property purchasing process; they grasp your needs and understand the numbers game involved, including the type of property likely to appeal to you.
You'll have already created a rapport with your realtor and built a relationship based on trust. Working with someone you can bank on and are comfortable with is always convenient, especially when making a money generating investment.
