Telfair is a master-planned community in Sugar Land, TX located off of U.S. 59. With easy access to HWY 6, HWY 90, and Grand Parkway 99. This neighborhood is less than an hours drive to Houston downtown and 5 minutes to Sugar Land.

People choose to live in this beautiful community because it offers a wide range of amenities that they can enjoy without leaving the neighborhood. Residents can walk along a walking trail while enjoying the beautiful lake view, or play at the splash pad or playground inside the neighborhood. Whether they drive or take public transportation, residents have easy access to highways and downtown Houston destinations. The mature trees and well-kept landscape add to the attractiveness of the area. In addition, many residents appreciate Sugar Land’s history and its location in the heart of Texas.

District Rating:

A-Rated Fort Bend ISD has overall As in academics, diversity, sports, college prep, and clubs & activities. Fort Bend ISD earned a Superior rating, an A, in the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) for the 2019-20 school year. The district scored 92 points out of a possible 100 rating points, and this is FBISD’s 17th Superior rating. Fort Bend County is one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation. As the largest school district in the county, Fort Bend ISD is an outstanding K-12 public education system.The District is Texas’ eighth largest with more than 77,000 students and one of the most diverse in the nation. Working and learning cohesively alongside families who speak more than 90 languages and dialects, the schools work together with students, their families and the community to address each student’s unique needs. FBISD currently has 81 campuses: 11 high schools, 15 middle schools, 51 elementary campuses and four specialty schools to address the academic and vocational interests of students. With more than 11,000 full-time employees and substitutes, the District is the largest employer in Fort Bend County. Fort Bend ISD is committed to its mission to inspire and equip all students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine.

Costco, Kroger, Target, Whole Foods, H-E-B, and Randall’s are all in close proximity to home for a variety of shopping options. Make First Colony Mall and Sugar Land Town Square your go-to destinations for dining and more shopping. AMC Movie Theatre is nearby for evening and weekend activities. Sugar Land Memorial Park, minutes away, has tons of amenities including a designated biking trail, walking trail, dog park, picnic areas & pavilion, and playground.
