Oaks of Alcorn is a Sugar Land, TX community located off of Sweetwater Blvd. Being just minutes from highway 69 and highway 6, expect your daily commute to be less of a worry. Downtown Houston is generally around 30 minutes away from Sugar Land.

The district scored 92 points out of a possible 100 rating points, and this is FBISD’s 17th Superior rating. Fort Bend County is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation. As the largest school district in the county, Fort Bend ISD is an outstanding K-12 public education system.The District is Texas’ eighth largest with more than 77,000 students and one of the most diverse in the nation. Working and learning cohesively alongside families who speak more than 90 languages and dialects, the schools work together with students, their families and the community to address each student’s unique needs. FBISD currently has 81 campuses: 11 high schools, 15 middle schools, 51 elementary campuses and four specialty schools to address the academic and vocational interests of students. With more than 11,000 full-time employees and substitutes, the District is the largest employer in Fort Bend County. Fort Bend ISD is committed to its mission to inspire and equip all students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine.

Nearby:

Costco, Kroger, Target, Whole Foods, H-E-B, and Randalls are all in close proximity to home for a variety of shopping options. Make First Colony Mall and Sugar Land Town Square your go-to destinations for dining and more shopping. AMC Movie Theatre is nearby for evening and weekend activities. Sugar Land Memorial Park, minutes away, has tons of amenities including a designated biking trail, walking trail, dog park, picnic areas & pavilion, and playground.
