About Andrea Adams

Selling houses is more than just putting a sign in the ground disappearing and showing up to collecting a commission. I am a full time Realtor covering North Houston, Tomball, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Katy. I was first licensed in 1994 after attending Champions School of Real Estate, I keep people informed from day one to closing of what to expect in the process and notify them immediately of progress made toward closing. The hardest part about selling your home can be not knowing what your waiting on not knowing if you should do something. Pricing a property is more than just comps, you weigh in demand, special features of the home, location, and schools. I helped a seller receive an extra $145,000 for is home by properly pricing his home. I enjoy guiding people through buying and selling and taking the fear out of the process for them. Negotiating for your best interest is something I pride myself in doing.
